Shaldon House is situated in a quiet suburb of Bristol, close to the M32 and locally there is a college for people to learn new skills, there is also a Victorian Park with a picturesque lake close by and there are open fields leading to Stoke Park Estate.

Locally there are a variety of shops, and within walking distance is Ashley Down College offering placements to people who have a learning disability where you can meet people, learn new skills and gain qualifications.
